Debt / Mezzanine Lenders:

Grand Avenue Capital maintains numerous relations with senior and mezzanine lenders.  These lenders will want to review the Investor Memorandum or Financing Memorandum that has been developed by Grand Avenue’s bankers and will focus on historical profitability focusing on the company's ability to service the debt sought. These lenders will want at least three years of CPA-prepared financial statements, A/R and A/P agings, fixed asset listings, tax returns, and possibly secondary sources of repayment.

 

Equity Sources:

Grand Avenue has developed a proprietary database of over 2,500 domestic US private equity and family office investors and over 200 investors in Asia / Europe / Middle East that have an interest in the size of clients we represent.  Grand Avenue knows the investment criteria of these investors and will tailor the approach to them as required.
